Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 19 May 2026
These terms govern your use of PeedEF ("the Service"), a free collection of online PDF tools. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
The Service is provided free of charge for personal and business use. No account is needed. You may use the tools on documents that you own or are authorised to handle.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or that you lack permission to use, and not to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or abuse the Service or the systems it runs on.
3. Your files and content
You keep all rights to the files you process. We claim no ownership of your content. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. File handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every conversion or edit is perfect, that the Service is uninterrupted, or that results meet your requirements. Always check the output before relying on it.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeedEF and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or documents. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service's name, design and software are the property of their respective owners. Open-source components remain under their own licences.
7. Changes
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
